Step 1: to add items to your cart, click on the product you want to buy and then click Add to cart
Step 2: to change the desired quantity of the item, press the width of the basket and then – set the number in the quantity box.
Step 3: to review the items in your basket, click on the shopping cart link located at the top right of the page.
Step 4: if you have a valid promo code, enter it and click Apply. The total price will be updated to reflect the applicable promo code discount.
Step 5: review your order on the shopping cart page. Once you are ready to submit your application
Step 6: Fill in all the required information for shipping and payment details and click on apply to complete the order

We fully understand that sometimes you may change your mind regarding the purchase. If you decide before receiving your order that you would like to modify or cancel, just call our customer service 01286888848 or email us info@Elevanastore.com we will do our best to change your order provided that your items have not been sent yet. Otherwise, if your order has already been sent , it cannot be modified or canceled.

We do not provide order inspection upon delivery. However, we offer returns and exchanges according to our return policy.

If you receive a wrong item or a damaged / defective item, please contact us immediately on the customer service number 01286888848 or via email info@Elevanastore.com attach the order number, details and a photo of the items you would like to return. We will not accept any returns on products whose original packaging has been opened.

If one of the items in your order is out of stock after placing your order, then, unfortunately, your order will be canceled because we cannot process partial orders at this time. Our customer service team will contact you immediately and no fees will be charged. You can place a new order without the items that are not available in the store.

Elevana is a tax registered company. Therefore, VAT must include a 14% tax on products and orders placed on our website.

The Egyptian government imposes on all local companies a legal requirement for all commercial companies.
